Gravity Card 2026: strong on paper, but not every park is equally ready

Published by Radical Life Studios | MTB Report

The Gravity Card remains one of the most attractive season passes in gravity riding. One ticket, 32 bike parks, valid from April 4 to November 8, 2026 — that is the kind of promise that immediately sparks road-trip ideas across Europe. But as always, the real question starts after the hype: how many of those parks are already communicating their 2026 opening windows in a way riders can actually use?

We checked exactly that. Not just the official Gravity Card park list, but also the linked opening-hours pages behind it. And the result is pretty clear: the platform itself gives riders a solid overview, but the quality of the individual park communication still varies noticeably. Some destinations are already doing an excellent job. Others are still halfway between live information, fragmented lift schedules and pages that visibly remain on 2025.

The parks that already make planning easy

This is where the good news starts. A few key destinations are already giving riders exactly what they need. Leogang has published a clean 2026 structure, with low season from May 8 to May 13 and main season from May 14 to November 8. Lenzerheide has confirmed its season kick-off for May 14, 2026 and clearly outlines how operations ramp up into the main season. Kronplatz also looks strong, with official summer lift windows including Kronplatz 2000 from May 16 to November 8, 2026, plus separate operating periods for other lift sectors. These are the destinations that already feel usable, not just visible.

That is an important difference. Riders do not just need a list of parks. They need confidence. They need to know whether a spring trip is realistic, whether a key uplift is already spinning and whether a destination has published its season in a structured way. When operators communicate that early and clearly, they are not just informing riders. They are actively making trip planning easier.

Where the communication still lags behind

The weaker side of the picture is just as useful, because it shows where caution is still smart. Val di Sole stands out here. The destination is included in the Gravity Card 2026 lineup, but on the official bike-park page we checked, the visible opening periods were still shown as 2025 dates. For riders, that means one thing above all: do not confuse membership in the network with fully updated 2026 trip-planning information. Those are not the same thing.

And that really is the heart of this story. The Gravity Card itself looks strong. The season framework is there. The park network is there. What still differs is the quality of the rider-facing communication. Some operators already communicate like they understand exactly what modern riders need. Others still leave too much room for guesswork. That may sound like a detail, but for people planning weekends, holidays or multi-park trips, it is not a detail at all. It is the difference between certainty and friction.

The Gravity Card 2026 is already a very good base for a big riding season. That is the positive takeaway. The more honest takeaway is that not every destination is communicating at the same level yet. So our advice is straightforward: use the Gravity Card as a planning framework, lean on the parks that already publish clean 2026 operating windows, and double-check the official local pages before committing to destinations that still look patchy. The pass is ready. Some parks are fully ready too. Others still need to catch up.
